Privacy policy

Who we are. Suviq AI Advisory LLP (“Suviq”, “we”) is an AI consulting firm registered in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information we collect through suviq.ai and its Readiness Score, why, who handles it, how long we keep it, and what your rights are. What we collect. When you visit the site: standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device type and similar) through cookies, and anonymous visit statistics from our website host. Advertising platforms — Meta (which runs Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and Google — also record, through their own cookies, that your browser visited this site, which pages it viewed, and whether you started the Readiness Score. This never includes your name, contact details or your answers.

When you take the Readiness Score: your answers to the questions, what you type in reply to the follow-up questions, and the details you give us at the end: your name, your business’s name and your work email, and, if you choose to give them, your business website and WhatsApp number. We also record your consent (which wording you agreed to, and when). As you go, we keep a record of how far the visit got and when, with the kind of device and browser, the screen width, the language, your approximate location (country and state), and the page or campaign that brought you. That record never contains your name or contact details.

When you book a call: our scheduling provider collects your name, email and the details you choose to share, and tells us that you booked, so that we don’t send you reminders.

When you email us: your message and your address.

Why we use it, and on what basis. We use your Readiness Score information to prepare your report and email it to you, and to contact you about it, including up to two follow-up emails. They stop as soon as you reply, book a call, or ask us to stop. To know you’ve replied, we check our own mailbox for your email. We process this information on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box before sending your answers. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to reports@suviq.ai; we then delete your information and contact you no further. We also use information to reply to you, to hold the call you booked, to follow up about Suviq services you've asked about, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to measure whether our advertising works and show it to people who have visited the site. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers below.

How the Readiness Score works. Your score is calculated automatically from your answers. Your follow-up questions and the written part of your report are drafted by AI models from your answers, then checked against our rules before they are sent. Your name and contact details are never given to the AI models. The report is an initial hypothesis based on what you told us, not professional advice. We read the reports and the answers behind them in order to follow up with you.

Who processes it. Your information is handled by the services that run this site and the Readiness Score: Framer (the website and its forms); Cloudflare (receiving your answers, and checking that a real person is using the form); Google Workspace (storing your answers and your report, and email); Anthropic’s Claude and Google’s Gemini (drafting your follow-up questions and your report, under paid-service terms that do not allow them to use your information to train their models); Cal.com (booking); Google Tag Manager (loading the site's analytics and advertising tools); Google Analytics (site usage); Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads (measuring our advertising and showing it to people who have visited the site); and Google Fonts (the site's typefaces). Each provider processes your information only to provide its service to us, and some keep it briefly under their own terms (for example, to prevent abuse).

Where it is processed. These providers run on servers in India and in other countries, including the United States. Wherever your information is processed, we hold it to the standards in this policy.

How long we keep it. Your Readiness Score answers, your details and your report are deleted automatically 90 days after you send them, along with our internal copy of the summary we prepare for your call. The progress record, which holds nothing that identifies you, is kept. Other information, such as a booked call or our correspondence, is kept until you ask us to delete it, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Engagement-related records may be kept longer where law or accounting obligations require it.

Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads set cookies to measure whether our advertising works and to show it to people who have visited. Our booking page loads Cal.com, which may set cookies of its own to run the booking. The Readiness Score itself sets no cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and control how advertising is shown to you in your Meta, LinkedIn and Google account settings; the site and the Readiness Score still work without them.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time for a summary of the information we hold about you and what we do with it, ask us to correct it, complete it or update it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to. Write to reports@suviq.ai and we’ll act on it; deletion requests are honoured within 30 days. If you believe we’ve mishandled your data, you can raise a grievance to the same address, marked for Samarth Jain, who will respond within 30 days. You may then escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children. The Readiness Score and our services are for businesses and the people who run them. They are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children.

Where this applies. We operate under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you’re contacting us from elsewhere, we apply the same standards to your data.

Changes. If this policy changes materially, we’ll update this page and the date above.
